Challenge:

“I’ve had a site for 5 years and never gotten a call.”

Before:

The Route 9 team made the effort to implement an informative site.  But with all the other demands of running a business, and only general knowledge of the task, they were unable to define the project and assign the roles to the right resources.

Using the Get Found services of MM, we worked with the owner to step back and focus on identity – what do they want to be known for?  We then designed a Campaign + Tactic program along with some Content.

Results

In the first week of the new online presence, Route 9 has received its first phone calls from the site!!… and web form inquires!!   AND the calls are for services in their exact areas of specialization.

Now we need a Nurturing campaign management tool!  A great problem to have.  So we are at the point of ‘systems’ – tools to make the administration of the task manageable within the existing team…stay tuned!
